At JANXII Tours and Travels, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
* A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment, as agreed at the time of reservation.
* Customers are responsible for reviewing all travel details at the time of confirmation.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
* More than 15 days before travel date: 10% of total booking amount will be deducted.
* 7–15 days before travel date: 25% of total booking amount will be deducted.
* 3–7 days before travel date: 50% of total booking amount will be deducted.
* Less than 72 hours before travel date or No Show: No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation for Hotel / Flight / Third-Party Services
* Cancellation charges for hotels, flights, trains, or any third-party services will be as per their respective policies.
* JANXII Tours and Travels will not be responsible for additional cancellation charges imposed by these service providers.
4. Refund Policy
* Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
* Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
* Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
5. Amendments / Rescheduling
* Requests for changes in travel dates or services are subject to availability and approval.
* Additional charges may apply for any modifications.
* Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
6. Cancellation by JANXII Tours and Travels
* In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip.
* Customers will be offered an alternative or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
7. No Show Policy
* Failure to report at the scheduled time and location will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.
8. Force Majeure
* JANXII Tours and Travels shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
* Natural calamities
* Political unrest
* Weather conditions
* Pandemic situations
9. Customer Responsibility
* Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
* Any loss, damage, or delay caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the company.
10. Peak Season & Festival Bookings
* Bookings made during peak seasons, festivals, or special events (including but not limited to religious events in Varanasi) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* No date changes or cancellations will be allowed during these periods.
11. Non-Refundable Advance
* Any advance payment made to confirm the booking is strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
* This ensures blocking of services and vendor commitments.
12. Pricing & Availability Disclaimer
* All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, government taxes, or supplier charges.
* Services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. JANXII Tours and Travels is not liable for unavailability after initial inquiry.
13. Dispute Resolution
* Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
